It currently can sleep 56 and when the back wing is finished it will be able to sleep 112!

Eight showers in two large bathrooms by the bedrooms.Additional bathroom by the Great Room.
Tall ceilings so some people sleeping on top are not closed in.
Only about 5 guests will need to be on the top bunks.
